Welcome to Leon’s Bounce Club! We want to ensure that your bounce house rental experience is smooth and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our setup process:

1. Arrival Time: Our professional team will arrive at your event location between 1 hour to 1.5 hours before the event’s start time to begin setting up the bounce house. We want to make sure everything’s perfect and ready for your guests to start bouncing as soon as they arrive!


2. Payment and Waiver: Before we begin, please make sure the rental payment is complete and the waiver is signed. This helps us get started quickly and keeps everything running smoothly.


3. Installation: Setting up the bounce house is included in your rental price. We’ll handle everything from securing the bounce house to making sure it’s ready for safe and fun use.


4. Inspection and Acknowledgment: Once the setup is complete, we will walk you through an inspection of the bounce house to ensure it’s in perfect condition. You’ll be asked to sign an acknowledgment form confirming that the bounce house is in good order.


5. Safety First: Our team will review the basic safety guidelines with you to ensure everyone enjoys the bounce house safely.
 

Heads Up: If you’re not around when we arrive, we might have to charge a small late fee to keep things on track. We just don’t want anyone’s fun to be delayed!
